Chart of Editors & their Max Resolution

Wondering if there is a chart of all the NLE and the maximum resolution they can edit in.

Editor resolutions available
=====================================
Edius 720x480, etc...
Final Cut Pro (latest) ??????
Premier Pro CS3 ??????????
Vegas 8 ????????
Avid Xpress Pro ??????
Avid Composer 2.7 (latest) ????????

etc....

Also it would be nice to have the same chart for
After Effects
Combustion
Nuke
Motion
Shake
etc.....

I'll start reasearching this, but I thought someone might already know most of them.
I'll input the Edius ones once I get a chance, since that is what I use the most.
Maybe someone can input the ones from their NLE.

Shake is whatever you want it to be. Limited only by machine spec.

I used Cineon once at 40K x 40K for 'Enemy of the State' for the satellite zoom-in. Used it to create tiles for 3D. Took an hour to render a frame on an SGI Octane
