Charlie Sheen is just another celebrity who has (surprise!) gone completely off the rails. It happens again and again. Life in the public eye has become incredibly sheep-copying (Pardon my dust, just inventing a new term here!) in that they all become huge and go nuts. Sheesh.

Wait for what? The RIP Charlie Sheen thread of course... the guy is clearly on an incredibly self-destructive path... fueled by all sorts of behavior that kills most people sooner... and now on top of that he just lost his biggest success and source of $ to pay for quality drugs? He'll be huffing Rustoleum off the clearance rack in no time.

I never got the humor of 2.5. Did you see the South Park where Cartman is trying to make himself really stupid... and one of his efforts includes long sessions of watching 2.5 men? I have friends who love that show and I just don't get why... watch an episode of Seinfeld from 15 years ago back to back with 2.5 men... or Arrested Development... or any of a hundred other shows... and 2.5 men was the top sitcom? *ugh*

Even Leave it to Beaver or Green Acres is 10x funnier... 2.5 men rides the line of titillating people with contrived setups of sexual innuendo accompanied by weak jokes, (in-you-end-oh!) <-- like that one
 
I have always loved Charlie Sheen. I think he's above average in the acting department but wondered where his career has gone after seemingly being on the right track

Awesome in RED DAWN, PLATOON, WALL STREET, stole the show in FERRIS BUELLERS DAY OFF, YOUNG GUNS, EIGHT MEN OUT and MAJOR LEAGUE all good and fun performances. I think the last good thing he did was TERMINAL VELOCITY.

I think he could have been better and bigger

This TWO AND A HALF MEN show is horribly horribly bad; caters strictly to white bread America. I hate it.

Not following the drama of his extra curricular lifestyle. Nothing my friends and myself haven't done. Ha

He's this decade's Robert Downey Jr.

Maybe in 10 years iffn he aint dead or in jail, he can make a comeback in a Comic Book movie.

(although Downey, Jr. has a hit on his hands.)

agreed totally; they could have replaced him with Emilio Estivez (his half brother) and it would have gone on as usual.

The 2.5 jobs were lost in the Los Angeles, California area and are “gone forever,” a Labor Department spokesman said in a surprisingly downbeat assessment.

But in a possible boost for the California economy, pharmaceutical giant Pfizer today announced plans to begin marketing a new blockbuster drug called Charlie Sheen.

A bill is already moving through the California State Assembly that would make the drug Charlie Sheen legal for medicinal purposes.

But Carol Foyler, a spokesman for a leading antidrug group in the state, warns that legalizing Charlie Sheen could have “disastrous effects.”

“The drug Charlie Sheen is a gateway drug that leads to harder stuff, like the drug Mel Gibson,” she said.

In other news, the big winner at the Academy Awards was James Franco’s dealer.

It's one thing to destroy your own life...but when kids are involved...no good can come of this.
This is one person who shouldn't be allowed to reproduce (IMHO as a Father).

...and lets not get started on the media.... the Middle East is exploding... our men and women are STILL at war....the economy is in the toilet...we have Gov't officials being shot and all I hear about is Charlie Sheen? Strange values we have these days.

Maybe he's really of the smack and he's just now beginning to think clearly and he's pissed off. Perhaps this is his true personality, an arrogant s.o.b.
 
I always say

Put a camera on us, put us in the spotlight and document our lives. We all have bad moments. Sheen is having a very bad one (ala Mel) but I think he is choosing to sort of fight back, albeit verbally, using the same medium that is fixated on him. So much s**t going on in this world and our country, and America is glued to Charlie Sheen and Two and a Half Men.

+1,000,000,00 YUP. Im really sad about the current state the world is in. Nothing matters unless it derives income or ratings. Today's values are nil. There's not much else to say. ZAZA hit it spot on!!

He carries an angry demeanor probably due to forced sobrioty. His pissed off and bitter because he's not high. And as long as he's not high and happy, he's gonna make sure everybody's unhappy with him. Misory loves company. it's obvious he's miserable and worst off delusional.

I mean look at the fool, He cares more about his porn star gilrfriend, and that other little skeeze, he found on sunset sucking d--ck for beer money. This is who he would rather be around than with his children. He's a pathetic loser. Even if he does live in a mansion with millions in the bank. Just listen to how he talks, he's so self absorbed he can't even answer a question without talking about how great he thinks he is. sad!

I dont know,IMO he should try real job like most regular people work,how about cutting pigs in freezing slaughterhouse 8 hours per day for minimum wage sheen ? That could wake him the f** up.
