Charlie Sheen

An absurd fact I discovered while following this story...advertisers pay for celebrity mentions on twitter. Kim Kardashian gets 10,000 bucks a tweet...What a strange, upside down world we live in.

We lived across the street from a bipolar women for six years.

Finally, after the last episode, we sold our house and moved.

If he is bipolar, it's a disease, and it's hard for me at least to criticize someone who is ill.

OTOH, we stopped watching 2.5, and we turn off any news reports.

He needs help, but he's not equipped to know that.

The real enemy in this - causing a crew of 120 people to go out of work is CBS. Sheen did not cause them to halt production. He didn't quit the show. CBS was recently quoted as saying that they will make more money this season by not airing new episodes - cause the repeats are doing so well right now due to all the publicity. So if you want to find the bad guy in this - it's CBS.

Sheen is acting a little nutty - but he's also staying strong. He has courage - some will see it as stubbornness - but he has declared war on CBS and the EP of the show - if he wins - he will go back on the show for even more money.

Sheen is an actor - actors should be allowed to be nutty and drug users. I wish drugs didn't kill Heath Ledger but when he was on them - he gave us some of his best performances. Why is it so bad that Sheen is an alcholic and terribe father? I just want to see actors doing their job just as I don't care if a crewmember I work with is an alcholic - that's their private personal business.

Living next to crazy neighbors is the WORST. We had neighbors on one side that were certifiably nuts. Just strange people. Neither of them worked. The cops were out to their place every week. They hit me up for money once. They made me dread going out to my car. Thankfully, last month they got kicked out and the place is up for sale.

And yet it's okay for our society to love Keith Richards and the Who for being huge drug users? Cocaine is a bad drug and it's illegal but it's not my business if you or anyone else in the film production business does it - if you do - fine - good for you. As long as you do your job I don't care what drug you're on. And honestly, come on - can you really say one drug is bad and not okay because it's illegal. Cigerette smoking is probably the most addicting drug and mostly deadly drug I've ever seen. And yet it's legal. Same with alchohol. I don't smoke and I probably drink one beer a month and yet I hang out with lots of people who drink and I don't judge at all - I like people who drink and smoke. And I definiately am going to work with an actor who's talented and on drugs v.s. one who is not talented and sober. It's their business. It's not mine. Just as we all have to deal with Charlie Sheen and just let him do whatever bad parenting he wants to. As long as he doesn't infringe on my rights and hurts other people, I don't care what he does behind closed doors. That's for the law to worry about. Just keep giving me Two and a Half men, please. I need it.
