Changing p2 folders, moving footage

Ok so we have two hvx's and are currently shooting a bodyboarding dvd on them.
Because each p2 dump of footage is generally one morning, afternoon or day we often have different rider's footage in the same folder. For editing we need each rider's waves in different folders and i need to know what the best way to do this is.
I know I can individually get each video file, its 4 audio files, its icon file and its clip file but I assumed there would have to be a better way, is there?

I tried searching and didn't find the answer.

Whatever you do, do NOT rename anything or copy only some of the files. Copy the entire contents of the P2 cards into a new folder on your computer, using whatever folder name makes sense to you.

If you're on Windows, name your cards (CAM1 and CAM2). When you get a card, copy it into a CONTENTS folder under a master directory for each cam (i.e., D:\CAM1\CARD 1)

If you're on a Mac, set up your metadata and use Raylight. Raylight will automatically sort all the clips into the folders you specify based on the metadata you've established in the camera.

Set up your metadata anyway, regardless of what platform you're on. Set your USER CLIP NAME metadata field to CAM A or CAM B, and every clip you shoot will be named "CAM A 0001" or "CAM B 0122" etc.
