Cavision MB385PW Wide 3x3 Matte Box

I am looking at a few things to purchase for my 60D such as a mic, the redrock baseplate, and a matte box. The Matte Box I am looking at on bhphotovideo is the Cavision MB385PW. http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/335937-REG/Cavision_MB385PW_MB385PW_Wide_3x3_Matte.html I dont have much knowledge with any of them, but this one looks like it does the trick and is in my price range. Would this be able to fit on my 60D with the stock 18-135mm lens that came with it?

You would need to get the correct adaptor ring for the size of the lens.

Are you looking at getting a follow focus? if so, that will probably fit on some rails, and it would be much better to mount a matte box to the rails then the lens.

Also, depending on how handy you are, there is a really good tutorial on here on how to make a mattebox yourself. I can't remember where exactly, but you should search for it. It is actually the post that got me on this forum!
