Dalton was much closer to the books. I love Living Daylights. Still one of my favorite Bonds. I thought License to Kill was a poor film. Wayne Newton?!?!
 
I don't have much to say that hasn't already been said. I am so amped after watching that. With that, and the MI:III trailer, it looks like we might be getting some good action flicks again.

MI3 I think will have a trailer for X-Men 3 and a new Superman Returns trailer... can't wait to see MI3 for that LOL
 
Wow, because of that I'm actually considering going opening weekend.
 
I definitely am going opening weekend... just to see those 2 trailers ASAP. Those 2 films are some of my most anticipated films this summer
 
Same here, even though I hate Brian Singer, and the guy they got to play Superman is a total duche bag. I'm actually pretty worried about that one.

X3 just looks plain awesome.
 
Hmm... it will be interesting to see how they explain Judi Dench playing M.

I think she plays a fantastic M, she's more a character it the films than the other M's who were just the boss you saw once or twice. But this is supposed to be a pre-quill, right? (WHY?) It does throw off my timeline a little just thinking about it.

But ah well, will just have to go see the movie anyway, it is looking better.

I had the same thought. And it looks awfully modern. So in the timeline Bond was working as a 00 agent before he was promoted?

Confusing, but I don't think Bond has ever been that strict on continuum.
 
oh lord, I hope they don't have R in this one. He was really annoying. I mean, this movie is "pre Q", right? (pun unintended) - And if they have someone else playing a "young Q" I'm gona be pissed. Not sure how to work that one.

At least we saw the DB5 in the clip :)

The cool thing I am digging is that Daniel Craig looks like he actually can kick someones ass (unlike Pierce or Moore)

The story was blown out of proportion from what i've read. the reality was that he just lost a cap, and a dentist flew in to repair it.
 
I guess I should know better than to take on faith what I read in the news, hehe...:Drogar-BigGrin(DBG)
