The sound is recorded directly from the camera's microphone integrated into the AC160?
If so is picked very well, I'm glad to see such good quality audio.
The video is good but I did not expect the sound to be good.
Everyone I have talked to has told me to forget about the internal microphone.
What we need here is a comparison where you connect the internal mic, switch to, say, a Rode VideoMic and then have a professional musician tell all of us what the difference is.
I will do be doing a concert for a chorus of A Cappella singers tomorrow, I will try to do a brief clip with the internal mic and then with my Rode and ask one of them to see if they can tell which is which.
This is NOT a demonstration of the quality of the internal mic. So this video demonstrates exactly what about audio for the camera - that the pre-amp in the camera is good? In that case, what settings in the camera were used? Given the ambient noise level of the hall (very high), which does mar the audio quality as a recording, we certainly cannot judge how quiet the preamp is. This seems more a demonstration of the quality of the Neumann microphone (and good placement) than of the camera audio quality. I liked the video and sound.
