Capture Pictures that I have Taken

Anyone who can Help,

I recently took a trip up to Northern Minnesota and brought my baby (Canon XH-A1) and took tons of footage, about 5 tapes full, and took about 30 pictures through my camera. Now, I am pretty positive that the pictures are sitting on the SD card, if not then I'm just completely lost, but if they are sitting on the SD card then I should be able to pull them off, however I can't seem to find out how. I have Adobe Premiere and am trying so many ways but they keep falling short! If anyone can help I would be much Appreciative!!!

To access the SD youll need an external car reader, run about 20 bucks for a good one.

electronics shop / computer shop / anywhere you can buy an SD card.

Copy them from SD card to other location on your computer then import to premiere.
