Hey guys,
I just plugged in my Beachtek Dxa-5da onto my t2i. Then attached mic to the end. I set everything like the instructions have, but I can't seem to get any audio recorded on the t2i. Is there special settings to use external mics for the t2i?
Also I tried every single possible combination of different switches. I'm thinking that either the beachtek is broken or the shotgun mic is broken. Both of them are borrowed equipment so I have no idea.
Any help? I need to shoot in 2 days.
