cant log and transfer with 720/60p.

Somebody can help me, I shoot in 720p. 60p and 60 frame rate, and final cut 7
cant recognize it, please somebody know what happens.

how are you connecting to your computer? is the card showing up on the desktop?
we need some details before we can help...
