C300: Can't locate clips on my Mac

I have several days of shooting from various cameras on my SSD.
The latest shoot was with a C300 MKII. We recorded internally using CLog2.

Externally, I recorded clips to the Odyssey. I selected Canon Camera, HD Prores.
I can play the clips back on the Odyssey but they are nowhere to be found when I connect the SSD to to my MacPro.

Any ideas?
 
I am not an expert in any way..

In my office we have new mac (used by a stills photographer)

I know that he has had problems with 'seeing' cards recently

I think the latest mac firmware or OS is trying to be 'helpful' and only allowing ingest via imovie or iphoto or something.

Completely unhelpful of course.

Get googling.

Re-insert the ssd in the oddysey -power up - select eject ssd -
you will see the unit curate the clips which will now be available
use the CD utility after you copy the contents to merge the partitioned files
 
Does your Mac mount the card so that is shows up in Finder? If so the problem might be read permissions on the SSD file system.
