Canon XL H1 with mini35 crash!?

Hey i need some help fast.

We are in the middle of a production and we use a canon xl h1 with a mini35. the problem is that the camera suddenly shuts down, like there is no more battery and that's it, it doesn't work!? we were lucky to get another canon xl h1 but after a few days the same thing happened. I don't why, there are no specific explanation, it just happens random! i dunno but maybe it's a fuse or something. please help!
 
Did you check with Canon about this?

I use this setup all the time and never had this issue.

It sounds like something with the camera itself. Are you powering with the camera battery or an Anton Bauer/IDX type system?

we use the mini35 battery to power both mini35 and the camera. Do you know if it is easy to change the fuse if that's the problem and use the camera battery instead?
 
Unfortunately any blown fuse will have to be fixed by Canon.

I can't think of anything else it could be at the moment.
