Canon XL-H1 digitize 720 24p footage

I shot footage using a JVC HD-110u using 720 24p format on HDV. I can get a Canon XL-H1 to digitize the footage but I am worried that won't work since the Canon doesn't use the 24p format.

Any thoughts?

The Canon does have 24p but its 1080. What do you mean by digitize? Recompress to 720p?

The Canon cannot play the JVC tapes. You'll have to use a JVC camera or deck to play those tapes.
