Canon XH-A1 - power out for accessories?

Sup guys,

my SmallHD DP6 is coming in soon and i havent purchased their battery option cause I thought that I might be able to find a better or cheaper way to get power to it. Does the canon xh-a1 have a power accessory voltage output. I forgot to look yesterday and cant find any info on that on the web. Im guessing there isnt but would be a neat option on the camera. I would then buy a bigger canon battery for spare.

Nope, it only has phantom power for the xlr mic input. No other power inputs.

Don't ever buy a cheapie off Ebay. Pop for enough scratch for a real one .. first time out.

Your wlecome, Raster is spot on. I tried one of those crappy ebay batteries and it last for two charging cycles. Then the company refused to warranty it. DO NOT BUY CHINA MADE BLUE BATTERIES.LOL
