I have for sale a used Canon XH-A1 1.67MP 3CCD High Definition Camcorder with 20x Optical Zoom, in great working condition. I am the original owner of the camcorder and have taken great care of it. I just had the unit serviced (cleaned & inspected) at the Canon Factory (Irvine, CA) and had the plug board newly replaced (as used boards wear over time, even if it's in perfect working condition) so you can be rest assured that the board is in brand new condition. The grip belt base was also brought up by Canon on a product advisory for all Canon XH-A1 Camcorders, where "...if certain XH G1/XH A1 and XH G1S/XH A1S professional camcorders are repeatedly held by the grip belt for long periods of time during shooting, there is a possibility that the grip belt cover that attaches the grip belt may crack." (Canon Product Advisory). While getting the camcorder serviced by Canon, they replaced the non-countermeasured grip belt base with a countermeasured one, so no need to worry about the grip belt snapping while filming.

Here is a link to a video I filmed, of the Canon XH-A1: http://youtu.be/JtL0V3IWhrI?hd=1
