Canon T2i Owners = Where's the footage, where's the beef?????

Many people since yesterday have said they have the camera and no videos yet??????

WTH is happening here Amazon doesn't get there orders till next week , you people here are disappointing.......
 
search t2i on vimeo or youtube, there are a couple videos out, and even some comparisons with it vs. the 7D. The threads on the t2i also have a bunch of links posted.
 
Just came back from doing some shooting in the Ft. Worth Stock Yards. Going to post footage as soon as possible. Short review? Effing amazing.

The ought to hire that guy - just beautiful stuff. Nothing but impressed. Don't see any stair stepping or other bad stuff....

Won't applying a stronger low pass filter make the image blurry? It's the aliasing that makes the image seem sharp. Yeah, you'd get rid of the aliasing, but it would be at the cost of "full"

Video looks great, BUT according to the description he is using a very expensive lens

So I FINALLY got my order confirmation from Amazon and it looks like I will be getting it very soon :cheesy:
 
Uploading a quick 1 minute clip on Vimeo as we speak. We just grabbed the camera and headed out to the Stockyards in Fort Worth for an hour or two. It's not as awesome as some of the clips I've seen on here but I can see the potential for some great things with it. Will post it here and in a dedicated thread when it's up!

Looks good, here's my problem though. I think your lens is what is really making the footage look nice. Does this lens look different on this camera than any other one you have used?

Second I wonder how this lens compares to the Kit Lens.
