Just used this to fix moire from a large body of water. Long render times, but works very well!

Get a still of a similar grid and use AE to replace it. As the shot does not move it should be easy. Render out a frame, take it into photoshop, create a layer put new grid onto area needed save file, import to AE, make layer above video, drop in grid file,done.
