The camera will ship for July or August, so I think apart the "From Dock to Dish"'s video on vimeo and youtube, nobody has raw files from the camera.

I was told the raw light will be nearly identical to canons RMF files off the c500. With the help of the new sensor and even more flex than before since you will be able to change WB etc. I'm curious how the files will work with ISO as that was previously burned into canon raw.

I don't think a doc shoot was the appropriate style of shoot to demonstrate this new flexible image workflow. I've managed quite a wide variety of looks using the c300mk2's raw->prores workflow.

Where are you getting the information about that with New Canon RAW you will be able to change White Balance? This is the only important usefull thing for me in a RAW format but looking in the implementation with the C500 I have doubt they will have it on the RAW light version. or at least as easy to integrate inside Resolve or Premiere.

I played with a CRM file at cinegear. While the Canon Raw Development Software they were demoing didn't look finished (several sliders didn't work) you were able to set white balance with a color picker "dropper". Several online users have posted footage taken in the new RAW format, although no one has made a RAW file available (not sure what you'd do with it, as you'd need canon's software or resolve's unreleased update to process it. Dock to Dish was run through Canon's Raw Development software and exported as Open EXR per the DIT on the film.
