Canon Hv20 for sale, in overall pretty good condition.
2 small problems:

1. The person I purchased it from said the HDMI port wasn't working, but I'm not sure. The FireWire/DV port still does work perfect!

2. The person I purchased it from also said that in order for the viewfinder to come on, you have to flick a little white piece of plastic on the swivel piece of the LCD. I flicked it several times, and it only came on once out of about ten times. Honestly though, it wasn't really a problem for me because the viewfinder isn't movable/pivotable at all and it's really small and plastic; uncomfortable to the eye, and I didn't even plan on using it. I only used this camera for one night, and ever since, it has been sitting on my desk.

Other than that, there are a few scuffs and small scratches here and there on the camera, and there is a blue sticker in the shape of an old fashioned television camera on the back of the LCD. I could take it off if you want, but I let the person I purchased it from leave it on because I thought it was kinda cool. Other than those 2 small problems, the camera works great and is actually a nice little camera.

The setup includes the charger; which can also be used as an infinite life battery operator, a lens cleaning cloth, 3 large long-life batteries, a 43-37mm adapter ring to put 37mm lenses onto it, and the camera itself. The bag fits perfectly all of this stuff, with an extra pocket on the inside above the camera, perfect for a small fisheye (ex: baby death).

I apologize for the low quality iPhone picture, and horrid tinypic compression. If you need better pictures, I will by all means get them to anyone who is seriously interested.

Hey man! I'm really interested in buying this from you, but first I have some questions. Are the batteries good? How long do they each last? By what means are you selling this if you are planning on shipping it? Would you sell it to me on something like bonanza.com (or at worst ebay or a similar site)? If you would rather pm me to work out a deal, that would be great (I'm not sure how to do that on this forum. Do you have to add me as a friend first?). If you don't want to do that, just reply to this post.
Finally, I see you are from Nashville. Will you be in the Chattanooga area anytime soon? If so, you could avoid shipping costs by bringing it with you and meeting me in a public place.

Thanks in advance for your reply!

The batteries are great; they usually last around 2-3 hours each, depending on the power consumption. I will sell via PayPal payments and ship via USPS.

I'd rather just have a smooth transaction involving a simple pay and ship type method. Also, sorry, but Chattanooga is a little out of the way.

Let me know if you're still interested in purchasing!

Not sure. I don't feel totally comfortable doing a direct PayPal transaction. Can you show me legit feedback from people you have sold to before? Also, would you ship before receiving payment, or only after (I probably know the answer to that one, but wanted to throw it out there)?
