This is a test done with a Canon FD 24mm f2 @f 3.5 stacked with a Century anamorphic adapter. Extracted from a MJPEG 720 frame, the image was scaled from 720x1280 to 800x1920.

Shot with natural light, I tried to incorporate areas of deep shadows and strong overexposure with hard edges to check for CA.

It has a bayonet mount for the Sony PD150 camera. I just borrowed it few hours ago from a friend who is selling some of his older cameras. For the time being, I am holding with my hand in front of the lens.
The thread size of the lenses is 52mm and 55mm. I cannot see any vignetting so far. I eyeballed three lenses, 24, 35 & 50mm and all perform quite well. Focus from infinity to CU areas with all lenses. Also, even wide open, at f2 the image is quite good but I'd rather stop down to 2.8.
I will make more tests, I have a 85 f2 as well.
The front element of the lens shouldn't be larger than the adapter's back lens and looking at my 135mm f2, I wouldn't be too hopeful .... I'll see
