i found this video. Anybody knows, which grease for raising resistance did he use in this tutorial?

I believe he used the "steel" component of jb weld. That may work just fine but I think I would find something else that I know is camera lens safe.

What is the more lens friendly compound to use for this?

I'm interested too. Has anyone tried silicone grease, the stuff that you can easily buy from Amazon or the hardware store?
