F3: Canon EF Glass on F3?

Canon 5d and 6D are full frame sensors so the field of view for the same lens is different for them (5D, 6D) than for the C100/300/500.
The lens angle of view on the F3 /F5/55 will be the same as on the canon C100/300/500 but smaller than on Canon 5D/6D

I'd be interested if it can be used by an operator pulling their own focus on sticks or shoulder. Does the system really require a focus puller?
 
Yes It can absolutely be used that way.
We have mounting provisions for the iris rods. Remember with the drive by wire you have no restrictions as where to mount the FF. Much like the preston or C motion except for 1/10 the price and without the spaghetti of cables and external motor mess :)

please show also how the iris will be adjusted. I haven't really understood how that exactly works without any iris ring.

Sony had full OptiTron setup today at the New York SMPTE meeting. At least they told me it would.
Has anyone been there?
 
Ok very good feedback from Sony. They have sure come around!!
Few years ago they wouldn't hear about any third party accs...
