F55: Canon EF 70-200mm f/2.8L IS II USM Lens Too Heavy for FS5?

I have the zacuto rig for the fs5.

Here's a quick review and something I shot today using it. This was all shot with the rig and no tripod. You can get an idea for the movement while it's shoulder mounted.

The good things:
The z-finder is top notch. A+
The shoulder pad, etc... A+

Minor things:
With a heavy lens like the xeen cinema lens, etc it's hard to move it back enough because the fs5 is so short so it will move the evf etc back too far atleast for me. Might
need a counter weight like a vmount battery, etc to be perfectly balanced for a heavy lens.
Not sure it's enough forward over the rails for a follow focus with certain lenses when it's balanced. Matte box too. Think it's not a big issue but still playing with it.

overall I'm very glad I have it as I don't need to bring a tripod (I'm the tripod).

With the Zacuto, is it possible go from your shoulder to mounting it on a tripod without adding or removing anything? I can't tell if you can fit on a tripod plate. It would be good to be able to do that because otherwise you have to put the handle back on the camera and fiddle around if you are done with shoulder work and need to move quickly to sticks.

Yes, it came with a free VCT tripod plate that goes on the tripod. After that It's very easy to go from tripod to shoulder (just snap/unclick into/from the VCT plate).
