C300: Canon C300 on 60 Minutes

We've known that they have been using C300s for a while....for many of the reasons people are buying them....less lighting needed so for them to travel around the country it's perfect...and the "big chip" look that is working it's way into many areas that you would not expect to see it...reality run - n -gun, news, and sports. The LA Kings are using it for most of their in-house pieces (big screens & videos) and for almost instant replays and period wrap-ups on the broadcast side.

Thought I saw a Canon C300 on 60 Minutes filming on the GoPro segment.

Is this anyone we know?

I missed this episode and tried to watch it online at CBS news and it looks and plays really bad. They need to get it together. it's 2013!
Did he have a shoulder rig of some kind? it looks awkward and heavy with the EVF and mics mounted like that.

I saw the episode (and the C300)- nicely done! And what a cool way to become a billionaire!!! (though of course 60 Minutes called the RC heli "Drone").

There was also a shoulder mount camera in some of the shots, I couldn't tell what, but they're obviously matching them well.
