C100: Canon C100 PF24 conform to 24p time line?

Hey guys,

So recently I shot a wedding and accidently set my C100 to PF24 whereas all the other cameras were recording in 24p (and a few 60p shots). This seems to be causing issues when editing on a 24P time line in Adobe Premiere. What would be the best way to get the PF24 footage to mix properly with the 24P footage? What would be the best way to convert the PF24 footage? Any way to do it with Adobe media encoder? Another program?

Thanks.

I did that once and regretted it. I managed to figure out a two step conversion in Compressor, but I do not remember how. I couldn't find any support or any information about the file type. I have no idea where Canon came up with idea of including pf24. If I remember correctly, I had to convert the 1080i to a 29.98p video and then perform 3:2 pulldown on that.

It is quite some time ago I had to do this but I am pretty sure that if you drop the 60i PF24 footage onto a 24p timeline Premiere automatically restores the interlaced frames to the original progressive 24p frames.
