C100: Canon C100 Mark I and 7D Mark II, how to pair?

Hi! I will be working on my C100 Mark I and 7D Mark II this weekend. Can you tell me, how to set 7D Mark II to best pair with Wide DR on my C100? Of course, with a little bit of color grading, i know it could be impossible to do the same Wide DR on 7D like on my camera. I dont know 7D and i will get it on saturday one hour before shoot, so which picture profile will be bast to pair with Wide DR?

Second, how high i can set ISO on 7D Mark II before it start to be noisy?
