Canon 7d Lens - is it damaged?

I am trying to sell my canon 7d so I can purchase a Panasonic G6 but before I put it on ebay I need to know if something is wrong with the lens. I have the 28-135mm stock lens and have had no problems with it, the only issue is when I angle the camera down all the way the lens barrel extends on its on. Nothing I have shot has been a problem for me but I feel like someone angling the camera down or looking for timelapse photos may find a problem with this. It occurs on both manual and auto focus, but if I move the camera slow it doesnt happen so its never been an issue to me. Is this normal? Is there a simple way to just tighten the barrel of the lens? I just want to know what to put on ebay before selling this camera so the buyer knows what they are getting.

I do not know if the 28-135 lens has a history of this problem but it is common with a lot of lower priced SLR lenses to extend out when pointed downward. I would do some research on DPReview.com to see if this happens with other 28-135 lenses.
