I've listed my baby, a Canon 5D MK2 with some lovely video accessories and a Tamron f2.8 zoom. $1580 start price, but I'm happy to discuss ending the auction early for a DVXuser. Please note that I cannot ship the camera until October 10th due to travel. Also, I can take a credit card payment over the phone.

This auction is for a Canon 5D Mark II DSLR camera, with some great video shooting accessories. The camera is in excellent working condition, the only defects being some normal signs of wear on the body. The rear screen has a few imperceptible scratches, and one larger just-barely visible scratch on the bottom-right side. Everything works perfectly, including all HDMI and audio ports.
The kit includes a few accessories that I used for shooting HD video with the camera. There is a 28-75 Tamron zoom lens, with a fixed max aperture of f/2.8 all the way through the zoom range. This is a budget alternative to the Canon L-series 24-70mm lens, and pairs well with this camera. There is also an LCDVF eyecup that attaches to the LCD screen magnetically. Look at the picture of the camera LCD, and you'll see the LCDVF thin metal mounting frame stuck to it. This can be removed if you wish, but you'll find that it doesn't impede stills shooting in any way, and the convenience of quickly snapping on the eye loupe for video shooting or reviewing photos in bright sunlight is amazing. I absolutely love this eye loupe, it's fantastic and simple. The kit also includes a SmallHD HDMI port saver. This little plastic attachment snaps on and clamps to the side of the camera, and grips an HDMI cable so that it can't tweak the delicate HDMI port on this camera. It's easy to remove, and has protected my HDMI port while using the camera with external monitors.
The winning bidder will get the Mark2 camera body, a battery, charger, neck-strap, Tamron 28-75mm f/2.8 zoom lens, LCDVF loupe/eyecup, and the SmallHD HDMI port cable clamp. The Tamron zoom lens is around $400 new, the LCDVF loupe sells for $125, and the SmallHD HDMI port protector sells for $50. Value of included accessories = $575
Small side note: this camera was signed by Director of Photography Rodney Charters. It's hard to see in these pics, but he signed it with a black sharpie on the left side, just above the selector dial, by the sensor witness mark. Why? I don't know. We were at a party together, and it seemed like a good idea at the time. This camera was my baby for a couple years, so I suppose that's why.
