No problem. I think part of my frustration was primarily fueled by my excitement of getting the camera. Glad to know that the paypal thing seems to drag out the process a little longer though. I guess I'll be ordering by phone or just not with paypal, from now on, when I want something in a hurry.
Canon 2ti Body Only Where to Buy?

I ordered the body only from a Canon authorized dealer on eBay (theimagingworld) on 2/25. They had 2 available and sold both within an hour..don't know if they have restocked. My tracking number was received 2/26..delivered 3/1!
The total damage came out to $799 - $63.92 Instant Bing Cashback -$15.98 eBates -$15.98 eBay Bucks = $703.12 delivered.
Sold my T1i body I paid $475 for , $50 nifty fifty (which I don't use since getting the 17-55), and $35 battery grip (won't work on T2i) on eBay 2/28 for $700.

I am hoping to do this process in the next 1-2 weeks. I know for the ebates discount you click through ebates, and ebay bucks just happens so long as you are in the program, but how do you do the bing cashback in addition to this?

Your local brick and mortar store should be able to toss out the kit lens and sell you the body only. Mine did anyway. Of course, depending on the state you live in, and the laws regarding tax exemption for small business you might only save a few dollars this way. In TX, if you have a small business, you can shop for your gear tax free so I got a body only for $799 all in and walked out the door with it

Quick summary, but or bing cashback you just have to search with bing.com for the product first, then click on the eBay link and if you get a product with "buy it now" and pay with Paypal it will give you that percentage back. Fraaag!! I was going to order tomorrow. I don't want to waste a bill on a lens I don't need. But it's crazy hard to be patient. I don't think I can sell that lens for more than $30. I'll have to see...

The lens retails for nearly $150. You could probably sell it for a little under $100. And if you find a place that works with Bing Cashback...
Easy..login to your Bing account, do a search for say 'xbox', click on the ebay link. This opens ebay with the 8% cashback banner at the top. Close the ebay window. Login to ebates, click on the ebay 2% off, ebates creates a tracking ticket and opens ebay with the 8% Bing cashback banner at the top.
This process will only work if you do it all within an hour. If not, Bing will time out and you'll no longer see the 8% banner.
That's the way you get your new T2i body for 12% off retail. $703.12 to be exact. Mine arrived Monday.
