I wonder if someone can help with a genlock question.
I’m using an AJA gen10 to genlock two Canon XF-105 Cameras but after 16 hours of experimenting I cannot get accurate sync for 24p 3D shooting. Using the dip switches I have set the AJA output signal to HD and tried all the variations of the 6-7-8 dip switches but sync only happens at random.

The dip switches are set to:
1: 1
2: 1
3: 0
4: 0
5: 0
6: X (tried all combos)
7: X (tried all combos)
8: X (tried all combos)
I have tried output 5&6 as well as outputs 1&2
Connecting cables are brand new.

Is it possible in any way that the box could output mismatching sync signals? The cameras are indicating that they are genlocked so it appears they are receiving a signal.
FYI: The cameras can sync to one another @30fps and the cameras sync perfectly.
