About 30% into a P2 offload, my HVX froze with a message: Cannot Access Target.
does anyone know what this means?

My "guess" is that your "receiving" computer or drive lost communication. Hence the word "Target". But as I said, I'm only guessing. Was the HVX or target drive/computer being handled or moved? Double check the cable. Try another drive, cable or computer.

I set up and leave the room...so no movement at all. Seems to happen with this drive. When I perform a second pass, it always works. But I have a double back up with a second drive.
Funny thing is, I double checked the footage on that partition and all seems fine...the drive recorded everything. So I have two partitions with the same information. Kind of a waste, but Im not gonna delete one.
