OK...it's not a narrative..and it's not even shot THAT well. But considering the occasion I wanted to share this piece that I recorded on my DSLR.

Hint: It's video of Dundas Square (downtown Toronto) just as Canada wins the hockey gold and they go nuts.

Hard to watch.... Not because of how it was shot but the loss. Congratulations, Canada!

That OT just made it even more heartbreaking.

People there were probably asking "Why isn't this guy taking any pictures? He's just holding the camera up in the air!"

BOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!

j/k I couldn't give a rat's ass about hockey or the Olympics, my wife on the other hand is from Michigan and I watched some of the game with her just so I could root for Canada and piss her off royaly :)

That was one of the scariest f'n games I have EVER watched.....

Team USA....you guys were stellar!! Don't know how we came back to win 4 games back to back but I'm glad we did! :love4:

Congrats to North America for taking top spots!!! :cheesy:

Now...hopefully Neidermeyer and Pronger will be put out to pasture

Pretty cool, must have been fun to be there... and on the winning side.

Would have been awesome if this equipment existed during the old CPL/Complexity days.

I was absolutely choked when they scored in the last 25 secs, standing in downtown vancouver robson square, when we took it back it went from dreadfullness to downright crazyness! i saw ALOT of 7d's that day :P

My heart sank when the U.S. scored in the last minute but I have to say going OT was worth it for sure :)

I felt bad for Ryan Miller... he played so well all tourney but wound up with just a silver medal. Oh well, the U.S. was pegged to finish 5th or 6th, so coming in 2nd isn't so bad.

I do have to say that the U.S. hockey program is very, very strong right now, no doubt they will be contenders in 2014 and beyond. Fun to watch this team play too.

Good rivalry between the U.S. and Canada in hockey. Now we just have to find a way to get our soccer team up to snuff and start getting a good rivalry in that sport too.
