GH2 Can you use an SD card in a GH2 that has been formatted in a GH3?

Hello, all.

Does anyone know whether I can format an SD card in a GH3 and take some pictures and video, then take out that SD card and continue using it in a GH2 without having to format it again?

You probably can but there's no way I would do it. Most reliable performance comes from the card being formatted in the camera it will be used in. I would have a separate card in each camera, formatted in that camera before use.

i have done it before. not ideal but it works. gh3 into a bmpcc also works for me too
