Can you assign video settings to Custom Function on 60D?

Hi, I looked through the manual but it's a bit unclear, I'm used to assigning my colour profile and frame rate/ shutter speed settings to the Custom Modes on the 7D dial, can I do exactly the same on the 60D?- is the only difference that there is only one custom setting rather than three?
