Can I use these SanDisk adapters for P2?

I have an older powerbook G4 (when they still had s-video) and two adapters. One is a SanDisk compactflash PC Card adapter and the other is a 4 in 1 PC Card Adapter.

I'm new to the P2 workflow, and I'm having trouble figuring out if I can use these to transfer P2 cards to my Mac while out on the field. Or is there an easier way that I'm missing?

Don't those powerbooks have a PC Card slot (which accepts P2 cards directly without the need for an adapter)?
