Can I use the camera to offload video from the CF card?

Sold my two kingston cards and the USB reader I had last week. Just used a friend's cards to shoot and realized I don't have a way to offload. I hooked up the camera via usb to my mac and the eos utility opened. I clicked download images, but will that get the video too?
Can I use the camera to offload the video on the card or do I have to borrow a reader now as well?
thanks

I have the 5D Mark II and using the Canon software to transfer video takes forever. If you exit the Canon software you can access the camera directly using explorer, you can drag and drop your files.

What used to takes many hours using the camera and Canon software now takes minutes using the camera and drag and drop. If you get any error messages, try dragging and dropping fewer files at a time.

One more important reason NOT to use the Canon software is that using it to download the video will change the date and time on the video to whenever you used the software to download it.

However, if you drag and drop the video from the camera, the original date and time will remain on the video.

Is there a way to drag and drop on a Mac? I closed the eos utility but my comp still doesn't recognize my camera on it's own..... Is there a fix?
I usually use a CF reader, and happy with using it, but dragging and dropping sounds intriguing.

on the mac, the cf card will not show up as a disk in the finder. use "image capture" it's in your applications folder.
