No.

Also, it does not hot swap cards. Just in case, that is what you were thinking.

Major bummer. Plus it looks like you can't tell how much time is left on the CF card while you're recording. How do you know when you're about to run out of space?

You can, there's a countdown timer which shows how much time is left if you press the info button a few times.

I do like the 'time remain' meter, though, I usually just gauge things by the 'image remain counter' on the top lcd panel on the camera. It is not as accurate, but once I have a sense of how much time I have with 144 images left on the counter, it is pretty efficient, plus I can keep my viewing screen clean for composing in video. Horses ofr course, I can image there are times when knowing exactly how much time is left is needed, and so it is a great thing to have.

Yes.
Got to Setup Menu 1 [Yellow menu].
Select 'Record func+card/folder sel.'
Select 'Record func.'
Scroll down to 'Auto switch card' and Set.
Done.

Thanks. I believe this won't work when shooting video though.
It will switch automatically when full but it will stop recording first. If you press start again it will start to record on the other card. you will miss about a second.

I usually plan my break time carefully for very long event. swap the card out when there is a 10 sec break.
