C100: Camera reverting back to interlaced after switching from overcrank

Hey guys,

I'm editing a feature documentary shot with 2x C100's a mk1 and mk2. I've been handed some footage from a Europe shoot and it seems that even when setting the mk2 to progressive, it wants to revert to interlace by default every time it is switched back to normal speed from overcrank. As a result the footage I have will now need to be de-interlaced prior to editing (a minor annoyance), but it also seems that audio output via HDMI is also turned off by default when reverting back to normal speed as both cameras were recorded internally and on Ninja's. So on the mk2 there is audio on the SD footage but none on the Ninja.
Was wondering if anyone else had these same experiences or issues and any tips or suggestions (creating shortcuts in MY MENU) I can pass on to the shooter to make sure this doesn't happen again. I'd love it if someone had a quick way to switch from normal speed to overcrank, back to normal without having to go in and change the scanning method and audio output via HDMI.
