Camera resets itself - HELP!

Hi there.

I'm having the strangest problem, but it's probably a simple solution.

I set my camera to Progressive 30p and start shooting
I then switch to VCR mode to watch what I've shot
I then switch back to Camera mode to shoot again.
Mysteriously the camera has switched back to 60i.

Any ideas what I'm doing wrong? I've shot hundreds of hours and the setting always remain in place. It really cost me on my last shoot, as part of an interview got shot in 60i before I realized there was a problem.

Now I have to reset the camera each time I go to VCR mode.

I'm shooting again this evening, so I'd appreciate any thoughts you might have.

you might have to save the setting. that could be it, but i'm not sure.

Thanks All.

I'll check that right away. I never had to do it before, but there's a first time for everything. I'm assuming the "save" option is in the menu settings.
