I pickup the Wooden Camera V-mount and Slider. Now I'm looking at battery packs but want to make sure I get the right one installed that won't cause issues to the Camera. Any feed backs would be great. Thanks
 
It's heavy but it's one of the best V-mount values of all time. It also comes with a charger.

It's a very popular battery that's been around for 4-5 years now.

They used to sell for less until their demand increased.
 
I don't think so for either of them, but maybe someone else can confirm.

IMO, if you're planning on keeping your camera for a while, I would just invest in Canon BP batteries. Pay a little more now but travel and work lighter and be happier.
