Years ago DVX had awesome batteries for the DVX100 and HVX200. I was wondering if they are still making them and if so for the C300 mkii?

No, they don't. You want the new SWITs for the C300 MKII. Half the cost of Canon and they have a D-Tap outlet.
Last time I checked the SWIT batts needed a small cable to go from the D-Tap outlet to the camera's power in port. Core SWX were the ones that actually hook into the camera through it's battery bay pins.

You're correct, I got the names mixed up. Core are the desirable ones, SWIT, not so much.
