C300: C300 mkI and Avid?

Anyone using Avid to edit with? I sent some test clip out for color testing and they are having problems getting the mxf file to work in their Avid system. Thanks
 
I've used C300 footage in avid many times and never had had issues with the MXF files. What problem are they having with the MXF files?
 
Also been doing it for years w/o undo hassle. Just about always linked via AMA, as I recall. IIRC, there were issues in the early days of the C300 where you had to install a couple plug-ins to get everything working, but with recent versions of Media Composer, it seems like a standard full install takes care of it. Note that I don't own an Avid system, but work with Avid editors a lot...and they work with C300mk1 and mk2 footage a lot.

If you have a couple files, I can try it on one of our machines. I have a 2018.3 going to test some new computers, 8.4.5 on the old computers, and a 2018.2 MC | First at home I can try. Discretion will of course be given with these files.
