C300: C300 mk2 owners... You renting it out much?

Do people care that you have a C300 mk2? Is anyone hiring that camera out a lot? In my town it seems FS7 has taken over.

Here in LA, C300 MK II rentals have been increasing recently (NetFlix & current producers using the original one).....and some of the rental houses have said the FS7 has been doing somewhat less vs. 3-4 months ago.

In Chicago, never been asked for a mkii. Many people have asked for the original though, and continue to do so.

For 4k projects it's always the FS7 unless they go Red/Arri route.

Still renting and shooting the C300 MKI and my own C100 MKI with the Blade here in LA unless it's 4K. Not very much demand for 4K yet. Most of my clients hate 4K and don't want to deal with it, thankfully, but that will change eventually.
