Is there any info on this? I know what It does, I just want to know when its going to come out, how much and most importantly (to me at least), is it backwards comparable with the C100?

Doesn't the C300 MKII have separate audio video inputs from the handle while the C100 MKII has a single combined cable/input? It seems doubtful it would work on the C100 MKII, if I have that right?

C100 has a single audio ONLY cable...so hopefully it will be backwards compatible. But until Canon tells us this is so I would be cautious.

You're right Andy, I was thinking C300. C100, of course, is just audio.
