C300: C300 Mark II Swappable Mount Info for Europe

Thanks. I've heard US price $2,000 being mentioned earlier, but not confirmed. I'm kind of confused as to how they can deliver a PL and EF Lock mount conversion, but not include shimming? (Or am I reading it wrong?) Given the primary market the C300mk2 is aiming at (independent owner/operators) it's a rather strange choice, imho. If it was a camera aimed at large rental houses, then I would completely understand that decision.
