I don't have a good in-camera/no grading look dialed in yet, still working with Log to protect highlights. I use Gamma: Canon Log, Color Space: BT.709, Matrix: Canon EOS Original. This is not for out of the box footage, I have to do a bit a grading to get things looking great.
I have to keep testing, looking for something with a little more contrast and saturation but still protecting the highlights, which is most important to me right now as I shoot in a lot of harsh lighting conditions.
