I've seen other threads about HDMI monitor challenges and the C300 Mark II, but nothing that has helped me to understand how to address this particular issue...
My C300 Mark II doesn't have anything connected to its ports other than a SmallHD AC7 over HDMI. The issue is that the camera only outputs 480p to the AC7. I've connected the camera to other monitors, and get the same result, so I'm fairly confident the issue isn't with the AC7.
The manual for the camera says that it will choose whether to output HD based on reasons that it sadly doesn't elaborate on.
Surely someone has run into this issue before?
