C300: c300 mark ii clean hdmi out

Hi there

So far I really love the c300m2. I have a question about the hdmi out though. So I figured that to get the HDMI clean you have to remove OSD from "MON", I guess they are all dependent which is too bad but not such a big deal.

Now when my image is clean via hmdi, if I press the "disp" button to put all the recording info outside the frame/image on the LCD, my hdmi feed get squeezed as well, which is really unfortunate if you want to record that feed.

Is there an option so the hdmi out is clean and not affected?

I think it is what it is. A while ago, I was burned by this... when an operator of my camera didn't pay attention that the display was affecting the HDMI feed. It wasn't a huge deal, but did require post to zoom in around 10% to lose the black border. This should be a firmware fix from Canon, but as far as I know, it still is an issue.
