Hi Guys,

I have a shoot tomorrow with the c300. I've hired it in for the project I'm currently working on and to do some side by side test with my 7d just as a comparison.

I've been through the manual and found most of the settings are quite intuitive.

Just want to check with you guys before my shoot tomorrow. When I copy the files over to my Mac do I have to preserve the folder structure?

I'll be editing in Premier CS5 can I bring the files straight in and will I be able to veiw the files once on my laptop just to make sure they are recorded fine?

No need to preserve the file structure, you can just copy the entire contents folder and drag it into premiere.

Thanks mraaron895 will this work ok on Premier CS5?

My Mac Book Pro is running CS5 and I'm running 5.5 on my Dell XPS. I prefer taking my Mac on shoots as it's a little less bulky.

Is there also any way to navigate through the folder structure and use Preview on the Mac to view the files?

As it's my first experience with this camera in a real production environment I just want to be prepared :)
I wish I could have had a day or so to play with the camera and the footage before hand. But with budgets and deadlines it's not possible in this case. After the shoot there will be a few hours for me to run some tests along side my trusty 7d :)
