Thought I would share a commercial we shot for GolfNow on the C300 (eos) back in November. One day - mostly exteriors - we lived on the Steadicam all day as well. Shot mainly on Zeiss ZF 21/50/85 (we also went Rokinon 35mm at one point as well) lenses. WE ran the 5D mkII as a second cam - catching some nice little reactions that ended up making the cut. Pretty easy to spot. It's tough to match those two cameras on exteriors in full blown sun. We loaded the MKII with ND's to get as close as possible.
Everything was shot C Log. Budget didn't allow for a full blown color correction but we did run it through Apple Color to bring back the highlights, punch the colors, and get the MKII footage to match as close as possible. Client was more than pleased.
